Student Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing professional, ethical, and student-focused counselling services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise your concerns so that we can investigate and resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

How we deal any complaint -
Stage 1: Informal Resolution
We encourage students to first discuss their concerns with their assigned counsellor or agency representative. We aim to resolve informal complaints within 5 working days.
Stage 2: Formal Complaint
If the matter is not resolved, a formal complaint may be submitted via email.
Upon receiving a formal complaint, we will:
Acknowledge receipt within 2 working days, Investigate the complaint fairly and impartially, Provide a written response within 10 working days whenever possible.
Stage 3: Appeal
If you are dissatisfied with our decision, you may submit an appeal within 10 working days of receiving our response via emil. The appeal will be reviewed by a senior manager not previously involved in the case.
A final written decision will normally be issued within 10 working days.

All complaints will be handled confidentially. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Students who submit complaints in good faith will not be disadvantaged or treated unfairly as a result of raising concerns.
